Sc (IBA) USIU, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nairobi. Also, Dr. Swanya is a certified mediator (ACIArb-UK). Cand. M.Sc. Finance & Investment Economics. Dr. Swanya has a wide global business experience in project management claims, Contracting & Agreements, Mediation & arbitrations and Merges & Acquisition, Corporate & Banking Law, International & Transnational trade law and commercial litigation. Dr. Swanya heads International Investment & Projects Law Department.
