Evans. O. Ogada (Consultant at Swanyalaw Advocates) is an Advocate of the High of Kenya, holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Law (LLM) specializing in International Public law from the same university and holds a post graduate Dip. Law (KSL). He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, also, he is a member of the East Africa Law Society, Rule of Law Committee Associate Editor. A Committee member of the Platform for Law, Justice and Society. Mr. Ogada lectures at the Public Law Department, University of Nairobi. He participates in various Public Interest Litigation
Committees. He is pursuing a PhD. at Nairobi University.
