Juliah Omwamba is a highly motivated Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths, and an incoming Notary Public. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from JKUAT and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, together with certifications in Data Protection and Intellectual Property from Strathmore University’s Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (CIPIT), and Project Management from the University of California, Irvine, College of Continuing Education. She is also a well-trained Legislative Drafter.
At Swanyalaw Advocates, Juliah serves as a Litigation Advocate, where she represents clients in commercial, civil, and intellectual property disputes with precision and strategic depth.
